✓ Warm-up complete — number is ready
Your account has now established a consistent history of natural activity.
From this day onwards, you can begin using WhatsApp Business with real leads. Continue following the same natural communication habits:
- Personalize every first message.
- Keep conversations genuine and two-way.
- Vary message types by combining text, photos, voice notes and links.
- Increase business activity gradually over the following days rather than all at once.
Meta occasionally reviews or restricts new accounts. It's part of the process and it passes. Stay calm, find your case below, and keep Uddy updated so we keep improving this.
- Don't log out of WhatsApp Business.
- Don't sign in with another account on the same device.
- Don't use a VPN, and don't change SIM or device.
- Don't message strangers, and don't send links or attachments during a review.
- Don't bulk-message or try to "make up" for lost time by speeding up.
Identify your case by what your screen actually shows — then follow that path.
| What you see | Type | Duration | Can you send? |
|---|---|---|---|
| "Under review — you can't link new devices" | Device review | ~7 days | Yes |
| "You can't send new messages right now" | Messaging restriction | ~1 day | No — receive only |
| Account temporarily blocked from use | Usage block | ~1 day | No |
Device review ~7 days
Keep the warm-up process going — but at your current pace. Don't accelerate to compensate for the review; that's what re-triggers it. Just continue as normal and let the 7 days run out.
Messaging restriction ~1 day
You can still receive messages, so start the receive-only recovery protocol below right away.
Usage block ~1 day
Wait for the block to lift first — during it you likely can't do anything. Once you regain access, start the receive-only recovery protocol below.
For the messaging restriction and usage block cases. The idea: rebuild organic, incoming activity slowly before you start sending again.
This protocol is our current best recommendation and is still being tuned — if it doesn't work first time, it doesn't mean you did it wrong. Tell Uddy what happened so we can adjust it.
Clearing a Meta review can take a while, and sometimes more than one round. Sticking to the steps calmly is what gets you out for good — rushing is what keeps you in.
